Sick Baby =(

I ended up taking Brooklynn to the pedi yesterday. She has a cold, an ear infection and hand, foot and mouth disease. I'd never heard of HFM disease but have learned that it's actually really common. She kept getting a fever and really wouldn't eat or drink over the weekend. I called the nurse on Sunday because due to the fever she had heat bumps. They recommended I take her in on Monday morning. Anyway, she's doing better. Not 100% but I would say about 80%. She's on Amoxicillian (sp?) and loves the taste of it and Motrin. She actually gives me the syringe for a second helping of Amoxicillian. It tastes like bubble gum (yall, know I taste everything). She keeps vomiting though. She has these coughing spells and up comes anything that was on her stomach. It's sooooo gross. Last night she kept doing it so I got very little sleep. I'm drinking a coke now. I told my manager to check on me because I might fall asleep at my desk today. She's at daycare now and I'm hoping I don't get a phone call to come pick her up. I really don't want to use too much of my vacation time with winter coming. Oh, came back to add that nose cleaning goes right in there with tooth brushing. The big difference is I win that one. I REFUSE to let her go outside with a nasty nose. Most things I let slide but not that one.
