Daycare update

She's still doing really well at day care. She's starting to fuss less in the mornings when I leave. I always get there early so that I can sit and play with her for about 10-15 minutes. At first I would sneak out when she was distracted. Ms. Kathy recommended that we teach her that it's time for Mommy to go to work but that I was coming back. So now they walk me to the door and tell me to have a good day. Like I said she's fussing less and less. This week is farm week so today Brooklynn is shucking corn. Lawd, I hope Ms. Kathy takes a picture because I would love to see how that goes. She said they'll all shuck it and have it for lunch. Yesterday, they went for a wagon ride and Brooklynn actually sat still in the wagon. She has this little buddy named William. I guess he's her parter in crime. When I picked her up they were both sitting in a drawer full of toys. He's a couple of weeks older but he's walking. Ms. Kathy says that Brooklynn is alway trying to feed William her lunch.

Oh, I'm going to take a treat to the day care the Friday before Brooklynn's birthday. Ms. Kathy also said that if I wanted to come and read a story I could. I think I'm going to get the Happy Birthday Dr. Suess book. It should be fun.
